06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# How-To:
01 - Combine softened cream cheese, finely chopped dill, garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
02 - Pat whole dill pickles dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - Lay a slice of deli ham flat on a clean cutting board. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the ham.
04 - Place a whole pickle at one end of the ham slice and roll tightly, encasing the pickle in ham and cream cheese.
05 - Repeat layering, rolling, and enclosing with remaining ham slices, cream cheese, and pickles.
06 - Slice each roll crosswise into pinwheels 1/2 inch thick. Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
